Rock Stars of the American Revolution

I will bring the Patriots to life through our discussion of the 1760s to early 1776.

“Did Sam Adams brew beer?” “What did John Adams do before he was President?” “Who was John Hancock besides the guy with the big signature?”

About this Tour

Get to know the Rock Stars of the American Revolution. You'll meet the forgotten heroes James Otis and Joseph Warren and learn why Paul Revere was so much more than "the midnight rider." As we walk along the Freedom Trail, we will see the New Massachusetts State House and the Old State House. We will visit Boston Common, Granary Burial Ground, King's Chapel Church, the Old City Hall, New City Hall, the Old South Meeting House, Faneuil Hall, and Quincy Market.

We will walk the colonial streets on the way to the Old North Church and Paul Revere's House. While in the North End, if time allows, we will visit a bread shop that most locals don't know!

We will also talk about Boston's many claims to fame: America's first public park and botanical garden, subway, oldest candy company, and baseball stadium - Go, Sox!

This walking tour is primarily a Freedom Trail tour with the addition of important Revolutionary War figures. It is also an overview of Boston and the many things that make it unique.

Spend a few hours with me - by the end of the tour I believe you will love Boston too!
